following in a long line of British synth duos like the Pet Shop Boys, Erasure,
Yazoo, The Chemical Brothers and Black Lace. These upstarts go by the name of
New Arcades and their new single, 'More Than This', is a bouncy, light piece of
synth pop that sounds a little like the perfect support act for Bastille or
Jess Glynne. The moody, electronic vibes are given a soaring sense of optimism
by the guest vocals of Lula and that combination of dark and light makes this a
classy sounding slice of electro-pop and no mistake.
