OK, I'm fully aware that this song has been released as a calling card to direct people to Norah Jones' new podcast (which I haven't listened to, full disclosure) but honestly it is such a beautiful and sweet song that it was impossible to ignore. Jones is joined on the classic 'Somethin' Stupid' by Queens Of The Stone Age main man Josh Homme and the combination of their voices is like whisky and ginger when you take that first sip. A little acoustic guitar, some jaunty piano and nothing else is needed to make this the perfect sundowner song with sprinkled little comments and improvisations from Homme who is clearly in his element. Delightful.
