This is the debut release from south coast outfit The Pursuit of Pleasure but these are no newbies, this is a band rich in experience, life experience and talent so listen up. 'Lived A Life' has an indie vibe that will appeal fans of the more morose end of the scale but the deal is sweetened with the twin vocals which makes this the kind of song that you listen to when you've reached your 'one day' moment. Whether it's waking up in your own home for the first time, noticing that you are lucky enough to have your family around you or you're watching the sunrise over the mountain tops - this is the soundtrack to taking a moment to appreciate what it's taken to get where you are. There's an album coming in March and I, for one, will be girding my emotional loins in preparation.....No, you're crying!
