Leeds singer-songwriter Natalie Wildgoose might just be a time traveller but I can't prove it so don't go calling the government just yet. You see, Wildgoose's new single 'Angel' sounds like it was either brought forwards through time or sung down some sort cross temporal microphone - either way it sounds divine. There's a wonkiness to the piano sound a scratchy vinyl (or even wax cylinder) quality to the production that makes this sound both timeless and lost in the wrong time zone. What seals the deal in making this a beautiful and ethereal experience is Wildgoose's vocal which floats with a delicate and enchanting weightlessness.
