I've been really enjoying the early releases from talented collective Mountaintop Junkshop and new single 'I'm Still Looking For The Light' is certainly no exception. From the get go this song positively revels in the country and Americana influences that helped create this gorgeous sound of twanged vocals, sultry violins, clockwork rhythms and a swathe of guitars of various types. This is a song about enjoying the simple things in life, taking the time to appreciate the little wins and not overthinking things to the point where you can't enjoy life. Definitely one to pour a bourbon out and sip along to.
