This is one of the most instantly appealing songs from a new band that I've heard in quite some time so I'm really excited to share the new single from UK quartet Karobela. 'Afterthought' is a song about not wanting to be second best anymore and opens with a funky, dirty bass line before a slamming, Biffy Clyro-esque beat kicks in. The guitars swirl around your head and the vocals are as powerful and melodic as they come with the perfect balance of pop and rock. A huge song that should have people sitting up straight to pay attention.
