Newquay's Tooth Gore is fast becoming one of my favourite artists of 2024 and a big part of that is in not knowing what comes next. New single 'No Fighting In Doo-Wop' has a shimmering, Orange Juice-esque quality and a rawness to the production that makes this feel older than it is but the delivery and vocals bring everything bang up to date. The build and energy is incredibly satisfying and gives you just the kind of lift you need. I can't wait to hear what comes next, whatever it is I fully expect it to be superb.
