Essex lads bilk already impressed me with their last single so I was excited to check out their latest release 'On It'. Things kick off with a punky, pulsating bass line and thumping kick drum before the vocals like a combination of a male version of Shampoo, the Streets and Hard-Fi. This is hedonistic, uncomplicated and vibrant stuff that will have sweaty crowds jumping up and down in euphoric unison and that's what this is all about, isn't it? Guitars, drums, fun, mates, a gang, good times, no worries about tomorrow and prioritising pleasure. More please. much more. Just plug it into my veins.
