It has been a while since I've reviewed any new music from Belgium but what they lack in quantity they always make up for in quality. Eosine are a indie noise quartet full of power and precision as evidenced on new single 'Digitaline' which hits its stride immediately with an urgent and persistent rhythm. Chugging guitars and a throbbing bass are soothed by angelic vocals to create a sound not unlike the Joy Formidable, the Subways or JJ72. The is, apparently, the song they finish their live set with and that is a brilliant choice as it will surely leave the audience buzzing, on a high and wanting more. Much more.
