Devon lads 3 Days Of Wonder are the real deal - a group of mates, writing music and gigging as much as they can to hone their craft. Is there anything better? The band's new single 'Smile (In the Daylight)' opens with some Who-esque guitars before settling into an indie-rock sound that is more mature than their years suggest. Powerful, heartfelt vocals are buoyed by a barrage of guitars and punchy drums to create a sound that suggests they may have raided their parents' record collections rather than taking inspiration from Tik-Tok and that, for me, is a very good thing (and I don't care how old it makes me sound).
