Birmingham trio Five O Fives hit hard from the get-go on new single 'Hypnotised' so make sure you're ready before hitting play on this one. Fuzzy guitars snarl and swagger in equal measure with a sound that sits somewhere between Royal Blood, Calva Louise and the Joy Formidable. There's a funky groove to the drums, however, which makes this one feel like a bit of a party banger. When you add in the strong pop-rock vocals and a production quality that makes this sound like an iceberg of noise rapidly approaching your ship then you've got yourself one hell of a song. Bosh.
