I feel a little like a stuck record with the Derevolutions but they really exceptionally good. That said, I feel I may have been remiss in not formally introducing the main protagonists, namely Brett Boucher and Ana Karina DaCosta - so consider yourselves introduced. Now, the pair's new single 'Keep It Minimal' needs no introduction so just dive straight in and enjoy the eight minute odyssey of creepy piano melodies, hip-hop beats, gang vocals and a general sense of mischief. Think Gorillaz, the Cooper Temple Clause, Black Grape and Whale being remixed by Collapsed Lung and Bentley Rhythm Ace and you're either in the right ball park or at one hell of an indie disco. Or you're listening to the Derevolutions. No prizes for guessing the correct answer.
