Seaker - Strange Old Thing

London based artist Seaker insists that her new single's title, 'Strange Old Thing', doesn't refer to herself but more the end of an era in your life. There's a country twang to the opening notes of the melody but the dubby beat makes this a different beast altogether and Seaker's soft, dusky vocals gives this a sunset on the deserts of Mars kind of vibe. Future country soul might not be a genre yet but if it becomes one then Seaker should be seen as the origin moment. Gorgeous stuff.
