Where The Crows Fly is the nom de plume of a guy called Dave so I understand creating a new name for this particular vehicle. 'What You Wanted' starts with an incredibly uplifting riff that could go in any number of directions but when the rhythm section kicks you know this is a rock song without a doubt. There are elements of early Incubus, Redd Kross and Wheatus as the power, melodies and hooks all mingle in your ears like a delicious buffet of sounds. To be honest, with a song this powerful, you could stick a big ol' Dave sticker on it and it would still sound as sweet.
