Coming straight out of Philadelphia like a rocket come Soraia with their latest single, 'Bang Them Bones'. Whip-crack drums get us underway and then a buzz-saw guitar melody which leads in to the snarling, dead-eyed vocals to complete the deal. This is rock'n'roll designed to make you move and feel good with a hint of the B-52s in the vocals and the riffs of Reef driving the whole thing along. My main takeaway is that I'd love to hear this one live in a sweaty rock club in a basement somewhere.
