Born in Norway, raised in Spain and now living in London but with Chilean roots, Reya brings a Latin flavour to new single 'Kinda Like It' but also that cool Scandinavian pop delivery which is a heady combination. This latest single sounds like Shakira's darker younger sister trying to seduce her brother in law at a family funeral with devastating consequences as the moody vocals and shuddering beats turn your head and stir your soul. The Spanish guitars and bass grumbles add a little more heat (as if it was needed) and the whole thing feels like it could explode at any moment. Spicy stuff.
