Right, Mike Rogers is a trio, OK? The Amsterdam three piece is made up of Mike, Roger and Micha which makes a little more sense of the name but the conversations of "Do you know Mike Rogers?", "yeah, they're great" must still get confusing. Anyway, now that we've cleared that up, let's get to listening to their new single, 'Get High', shall we? Pinging strings and heavy sighs set the mood with a swampy blues meets EDM vibe while Micha's vocals to a pop-gospel thing to draw you in. Piano, a funky bass line and a lazy beat take things to the next level with a song that brings in influences like Hozier, Rag'n'Bone Man and X Ambassadors to create the kind of song that will have you dancing and grooving before you know what's hit you.
