I'm not really sure who or what (or why) Supersonic Love Witch are but he/she/they/it have put in an early bid for both the Best Band Name as well as the Best Video award. The Cork outfit coupled the musical brilliance of 'Black Snow' with a video with a sub-titled 'The Cat's Guide To Nuclear Armageddon' - it is both educational and informative....and hella cute. The soundtrack to this cinematic slice of genius is a pulsating electro symphony that is the natural successor to Paul Hardcastle's '19' in that it is both infectious but terrifying as the spoken word samples paint the bleakest of bleak pictures. But, kittens though......cute kittens....
