Asya Satti should be a star, there's no two ways about it. The Swedish/Sudanese artist has the wow factor and, in new single 'Look At You Now', a song worthy of her talents. The melody blends her African roots with bluegrass adaptations of those original melodies all soothed by her soulful but characterful vocal performance telling tales of times when she's treated people badly and seeking forgiveness. If you find a more vibrant, brilliant and infectious song this year then I want to hear it because Asya Satti has set the bar incredibly high with this release. Oh, and there's an incredible mixed media video to accompany this as well so feast your eyes and ears on this one if you know what's good for you.
