Irish singer-songwriter Ailbhe Reddy is in reflective mood on new single 'Sh*tshow' but that doesn't mean she is feeling sorry for herself. "Tell me how did I get here" she starts as the gentle guitar and soft vocals belie the sharpness of her wit but soon the drums kick in and the lyrics change to "my God look at the state of me, this is so embarrassing" with the clarity of someone washing their face in the cold water of someone else's sink at a party. This is indie-pop at it's finest with a razor sharp edge that will cut you if you're careful with it.
