Bristol trio the Hangover Club bring the blues'n'country stomp on their new single Leather and Stone' and it is one hell of a listen. The mournful twang of a banjo, rattling drums and heartily strummed guitar all blend to make a tasty gumbo full of soul, heart and a life well lived. The atmospheric melodies coupled with the gorgeous vocal harmonies create a sound that is perfectly set up for a movie soundtrack about the last cowboy in the Southwest of England and that's a movie I would watch.
