Exeter outfit Poppyshow are alive and well on new single....'Alive & Well' which broods and bristles from the get go. Fuzzy guitars and punchy drums combine to grab your attention with a sound that sits somewhere between the grunge sound of Nirvana and the slicker funk-rock sounds of Audioslave or Red Hot Chili Peppers but with an unendiably English sound.
