The video for the new single from Amsterdam collective Personal Trainer is either a work of genius or incredibly lazy and I honestly can't work it out but I don't think it matters. 'The Lazer' is a rioutous indie-rock romp that rattles along at a calamatous pace picking up melodies and rhythms as it goes. They sing "After finishing school you linger around for about a year eating your parents food and sleeping in their beds" as they lyrics take you on an honest if slightly depressing four minute ride through life and all its bleakly familiar milestones.
