I'm delighted to bring you word of the new single from Danish-Icelandic singer-songwriter IdaBjorg and it is a thing of beauty. 'Moon' opens up with an acoustic riff which is part Jack Johnson and part Simon Lynge but then that beautiful, icy but warm vocal weaves in like a smoke circle looking for a breeze. The chorus picks the melody up and launches it at the stars with the kind of vibe that wouldn't be out of place in a stadium. And therein lies the genius of this track - it can switch from intimate campfire song to crowd pleasing anthem within seconds and that is real talent right there.
