Oooh, I love this one. Right from the start. London four-piece Talk Show hit the ground running on new single 'Cold House' with itchy, crunchy guitars, an urgent beat and the kind of bass line that would hang around at artsy bars in a tight leather jaket if it had been born a person rather than a bass line. With the vocals joining in this one sits somewhere between the Fall, Franz Ferdinand and the Long Blondes which is no bad place to sit. When the song reaches its climax you'll find that you've been moving uncontrollably for around four minutes with no recollection of why or how - it is simply that intoxicating.
