Devon guitarist extraordinaire Rhys Hurd returns with new single 'Never Be Alone' and he is in epic mood. The song itself sounds like a Kula Shaker take on 70s prog with a raw sound and energy bouncing off the walls. The guitar sound, however, is more like John Frusciante with impressive agility, tone and versatility which makes for an addictive listen. There is energy, desire and a huge number of ideas which is a massive USP if you ask me.
