SYTË- Where Did The Love Go

I don't get a lot of music from Kosovo (this may well be the first submission from the country in fact), but the new single from SYTË is worth paying attention to so it's a strong start from the region. 'Where Did The Love Go' gets going with a quirky, jerky beat and softly stabbing keys before the dusky vocal joins in to give this a summer evening vibe. A prodding, pulsing bass line adds a little more urgency but there is never a sense that this one will break stride as it saunters down the street on the way to meet friends at the bar where they will drink until long after the sun has dropped down behind the horizon.
