There aren't many folks out there willing to write material about the Ford Capri - it's certainly not on Nicki Minaj's radar - but Jacob & Drinkwater have turned their folky attention to this specific automobile on their new single. 'New Capri' is a nostalgic song harking back to memories of growing up and advising their former selves not to waste any time or opportunities. The gentle acoustic strum, splashing percussion and smooth bass notes all combine in a Nizlopi-esque way to help you drift away on a wave of reminiscence and who doesn't need that from time to time.
