London trio Berries are back with new single 'Wall Of Noise' and, whisper it, I think it might be the best thing they've ever done. With a debut album due out later this year, there are big things coming over the horizon for these three ladies and judging by this release they are ready for the challenge. Rolling drums and grumbling bass are as ominous as a fast approach thunder storm with the lightning bolts of the guitars striking the earth at regular intervals with frightening power and precision. Once you add in the vocals and an overall sense of menace with a force of nature behind it then you've got yourself one hell of a tune - the best yet from Berries, in my opinion, but I'd wager there's better still to come.
