This is the kind of song that just grabs you by the face and plants a big, sloppy kiss on your lips (obviously living in a world where COVID-19 doesn't exist). 'Good Day' is best viewed with the glorious accompanying video but the three-part vocal harmonies and rhythmic percussion stand out on their own. Add in some steel drum melodies, a funky rolling bass and a Jackson Five energy and you've got yourself the kind of song that will put a spring in your step as well as blowing sunshine directly in to your mind. Frontwoman A.J. Haynes brings gospel, pop, soul and R&B vibes to this song and your soul will feel cleansed and lifted after listening to it. Just plug it in to your veins!
