A little electronica from Oxford now as The Subtheory brings 'Agita' to the table and it is a dark treat for the soul. Treacle-like bass notes throb and ooze while the beats stab in from the dark corners of your mind before the whole thing jumps up a level like a Trent Reznor smasher written for a triumphant scene in a Matrix spin-off. There's a trip-hop element to some of the later stages as well which makes this an engaging and enthralling composition.
