There should be a law that only people from LA can sing songs about California and vice versa - a bit like that law that only sparkling wine from Champagne can be called Champagne. Anyway, LA duoe Harrison Scarecrow are back with their third single, 'Last Days of California', which is an outstanding roadtrip of a song slathered in organs with chugging guitars and driving drums. Elements of the Killers, Springsteen, Noah Gundersen, Rooney and Grandaddy all mingle about in the mix of this song that, like I said, makes me want to jump in an open-top car and head for the hills.
