FEEDER - SINGLE REVIEW

Feeder - Wall of Silence (Big Teeth Music)

Release Date: Out Now

So this is the first official single from Feeder's forthcoming new album and, despite their press shot making them look like a pair of dads who got locked in to soft play for the weekend, it rocks....hard. 'Wall of Silence' still has that trademark Feeder mix of power and melodies has that made them so endearing and enduring and harks back to their 2001 album Echo Park. Grant Nicholas has a voice that at once sounds weary but still brimming with hope and that instantly hooks you in because God knows we all need some hope at the moment. I can see huge crowds swaying along to this indie-rock banger full of promise and that in itself will be a positive sight to see after the last few years.
