Release Date: Out Now

Brooklyn based Xenia Rubinos has a brilliantly unique sound that mixes a whole load of influences to make something that sounds deliciously exotic but equally ready for the more discerning clubs out there. 'Working All The Time' mixes R'n'B, alt-pop, Hip-Hop and Latino influences to create a tune that doesn't let you settle on one pattern for too long before switching energy and direction. There are elements of Janelle Monae, Kelis, Deqn Sue and Kimbra which is absolutely meant as a huge complement but what Rubinos does is add some of her own special sauce to proceedings, the ingredients of which are a closely guarded secret but damn it tastes good.
