There's a sweetness underpinning the naturally sour nature of a song called 'Kill Me' and that is what makes Indigo De Souza so listenable. This new track comes ahead of a new album due out in August and it does the jangling indie verse transitioning in to the grunge-pop chorus particularly well, coming off like a blend of Belly and Charly Bliss with a little Lauran Hibberd thrown in for good measure. I should also mention the video which features cake sitting in a wrestling ring and a lot people egging on a pregnant woman to win in the battle. Oh, and any song with the lyric "fuck me till my brains start dripping down to the second floor of our home" is A-OK with me.
