PATTERN PUSHER – SINGLE REVIEW

Pattern Pusher – Come Along

Release Date: 12th May 2021

Devon trio Pattern Pusher have really made the most of the last 12 months, penning some great new songs, signing a management deal and a publishing deal, and generally building on the existing momentum. This new release, ‘Come Along’, is based around a funky bass line and simple keyboard melody to set the tone for a funky, upbeat romp that will have (as the video suggests) everyone up and dancing. The band pull out all the soul-funk-pop stops to create a fresh, infectious and engaging slice of pop with a scratchy wah-wah guitar, hand claps and the kind of vocals that could tempt you in to bed even if you’re stone cold sober.
