Totnes duo Long For The Coast are releasing ‘In Our Own Time’ ahead of their
album coming later in the year and the tone is sublime. Rippling acoustic notes
mix with the warmth of strings and soft, welcoming, soothing vocal harmonies
that feel like a comforting arm around the shoulder at just the right moment.
This is a real fillip of a tune in these stressful and confusing times and I
fully expect the rest of the album to be similarly full of beauty and empathy.
