Toronto’s Juliana Eye is pissed
off and she doesn’t care who knows it. Eye’s new single ‘U Suck’ is an infectious
alt-pop anthem with a side of pop-rock chorus and a cool glass of ‘fuck you’ to
wash it all down with. This isn’t a straight one-to-one break up song though,
no, this is a song about those times when you’ve just had enough of taking and
taking and taking so it’s time to give back. The vocals are slick, the melodies
bubble with energy and the whole song makes you want to walk out of the door
and flip off the world while you drive through town with your car windows down
and the music blaring.
