American trio Blood Lemon are back with another blast in the face of rock'n'roll but also gorgeous animated video to boot. 'One More Time' is an ode to being stuck in a vicious cycle of self-destruction but set to a pumping bass line, searing guitars and drums that just won't quit. Quiet, prog-influenced verses give way to huge, sea-spray-against-a-cliff verses where waves of distortion wash over you leaving you drenched and euphoric - ready to break that cycle and make this the first day of the rest of your life (maybe this track should be given out to guests on Oprah as a reset track).
