Norway’s SKIA is back with new single ‘Hey Boy’ and it is a lot of fun. Breathy vocals are paired with a bouncing bass line and a chilled out beat before the chorus hits and we’re treated to something that exists somewhere between Angie, Alanis, Sia and Kimbra which is a really niche in the alt-pop Venn diagram. SKIA is the kind of artist its really easy to get swept away by with the catchy melodies, slickly delivered pop vocals and a few surprises like finding vodka jelly shots in your Halloween candy haul when you get home.
