Boys’, Ben Harper brings us the utterly uplifting and inspirational new two-minute
joint, ‘Black Beauty’. Embracing the funk and Harper’s legendary soulful blues
vocal, this track celebrates everything than black men can be which shouldn’t
be necessary in a song but, sadly, it is. As the Black Lives Matter movement
gathers momentum and the Trump regime of hate and segregation comes to an end,
this feels like a song and a documentary that is due to drop at exactly the
right point in history to galvanise and celebrate in equal measure.
