Excellent Aussie Jaguar Jonze is
back with provocatively title new single ‘Murder’ and it is a work of art. Woozy
synth sounds, stabbing strings and a hypnotically loose beat draw you in like a
mysterious shadow in the corner of the room before Jonze’s voice reaches out
and pulls in you in to the world behind the mirror. There’s a certain 90s
dead-eyed dispassion about this mixed in with some Bond-esque luxury but it’s
the icy cool artistry of Jaguar Jonze mixed with those incredibly live drums
that makes this such an enthralling and engaging piece experience.
