Enigmatic French duo Supernaive
have drafted in the vocal talents of Carmeline for this latest release and it
is genuinely one of the most intoxicating songs I’ve heard in a very long time.
‘Warrior’ is a call to arms with a low, menacing bass line and an urgent beat
providing a vibrant base for the melodies to lift off from. Carmeline’s voice
is both gorgeous and determined with lyrics about strength and defiance
delivered like a punch from a fist inside a velvet glove. Definitely one to get
you pumped up and feeling invincible and we all need a bit of that in our lives
from time to time, don’t we?
