their new single, the Levellers bring us new single ‘Burning Hate Like Fire’.
The song is classic Levellers fayre with atmospheric melodies driven along by a
punchy rhythm section and flourishes of piano and violin throughout. This is a
song that does a superb job of both documenting the current frustration and
anger in the world and giving you a glimmer of optimism to hang on to. Love them
or loathe them, you’ve got to hand it to these guys – Levellers always manage
to keep the tunes coming and keep them relevant.
