There have been tonnes of
lockdown releases during this pandemic of varying quality so it’s interesting
to see what the flawless Ferris & Sylvester have come up with during their
enforced home stay period. ‘Everyone is Home’ has a lullaby quality to it as
the gentle vocals of Issy Ferris soothes your cabin fever before the organs
join in and this becomes the most comforting, welcome hug from someone you
haven’t seen in 3D for about 3 months. “Everyone is lonely and everyone is
scared” they sing with those trademark perfect vocal harmonies and, honestly,
if you’re not crying with relief and recognition in to your pillow by the end
of this then you might be a sociopath. I feel thoroughly and utterly seen and
it feels so, so good. Thanks you guys.
