There’s an urgency, immediacy and
desperation to this new single from London indie-rock outfit Fabian Jack that
is incredibly hard to ignore so I didn’t even try to. The band’s new single is
a taught and uptight blend of Incubus, Biff Clyro, the Noisettes and Hot Hot
Heat which makes for a 100mph rattle through highly strung guitars, twitchy
drums and the kind of vocals that leave you breathless just listening to them.
I hesitate to say this at this particular time in history but I fully expect these
guys to be epic live, let’s just hold our nerve and hopefully we can find out
in the late summer months.
