I’ve been wondering just what was
going on with the superb Elle Exxe so was delighted to be sent her new single, ‘Rose
Gold’. There’s a really vibrant 80s energy to the beats meets synth vibe that
opens this song and then Elle Exxe’s voice joins with pop sass but no little
class either. This is a life-affirming, top-down on sunset strip track that you
just want to sing along as you impress your mates with perfect sing-a-long
delivery of the rapidly supplied lyrics. This is one of those ‘anything is
possible’ songs that you need in your life for when you just want to get out of
your funk and I can’t recommend the medicinal benefits of this track highly
enough.
