It’s always a pleasure when Toronto’s
Tafari Anthony pops up with a new song and ‘Centerfold’ is no exception to that
rule. The new single is full of easy and classy soul which oozes from Anthony’s
vocals which slide in on a bed of synths and sharp beats. This is a break-up
realisation song full of sass and rediscovered confidence as well as few expletive
heavy put downs but we’ve all been there and, sometimes, when the shit hits the
fan you have to call it what it is.
