I’m not 100% sure but I think Nykki
might be the first Czech artist I have reviewed on this humble blog so apologies
to the musicians of the Czech Republic, but this is a pretty strong place to
start. Nykki’s new single, ‘Lost My Mind’, is a clipped and sharp alt-pop romp
with razor-blade beats and the kind of slick energy that Swift or Perry would
be more than happy with. Vocally, there is a definite accent to Nykki’s
performance but that just adds to the unique edge and style on this track which
is definitely one that you should add to your workout/running playlist if you
want to give yourself a little extra boost.
