Guernsey’s hottest musical property Track Not Found have a new single out in the shape of the provocatively titled ‘Everyone Hates Track Not Found’. There’s a subdued opening of wayward guitar notes that soon get steamrollered by some raw drums and the Joplin-esque vocals that come screaming in as if from out of nowhere. This is a raw track with a live feel to the recording which really adds to the aggression of a track which is a direct challenge to anyone in the audience who isn’t in to Track Not Found’s music. This is punk and rock’n’roll in the way that the early Manics were and the added isolation of island living will surely only add to the angsty energy of future releases.
